  2. We place a large emphasis on behavioral counseling and intervention to give you the tools to maintain the weight loss you experience during these 12 weeks, for the rest of your life. Additionally we encourage you to frequently check in with your weight loss team so that we are able to encourage, and advise you weekly or biweekly throughout the 12 week program.
